Most of us wish we had the opportunity to travel to Ethiopia prior to picking up our children, she is actually there AND for ONE MONTH working in an orphanage! I don't want to spoil it (more like, I'm running out of time to write). Go visit and say HELLO!

Check out my Friend
I know you are bored with me. Hey, I'm bored with me too! Sometimes life just gets the best of you. I just don't have time to blog these days (lo siento). It would be full of complaining about my project anyway. I promise to update you after next week. Until I come back check out my buddy Laura's blog.

Thanks for the referral. I've been lurking on your blog (thanks to HabeshaChild). I happened to go to Ethiopia too in advance of our referral and visited 8 orphanages. It is an amazing experience.
Tami-
You got your I-171H?!???!?!?! So, is your dossier with Gladney now? Are you officially waiting yet?
That is so cool that Laura is in Ethiopia. How incredible!
I am hoping to plan a local get together this summer for the gladney fams. And, you'll be happy to know that i have actually been making improvements to my blog. (Trying not to be SUCH a slacker) I also bought a new camera and so will have a lot more pics to post! :)
Take care & talk soon...
Thanks to a friend in Canada sending me an email about a completely different blog, I somehow ended up at yours. My husband and I are currently in the process of adopting from Ethiopia. I found your information to be wonderful to say the least. In fact, I have decided it is your fault that is now 3:30 am and I still have not gone to bed! This is my first time reading a blog so please bear with me. Is the only way I can ask you questions is by posting to your blog? I guess I am not a computer minded person.
Just stumbled over your blog and enjoyed reading it.
Hopefully the wait will not be much longer. Our little prince came home on March 7, 2008 and we are enjoying every minute with him!

Celeste
one month later....
Hey Tammy, would you consider linking a post that YOU WRITE to my blog about hunger in ET? I am coordinating an awesome fundraiser and would love your massive number of visitors to come over and have a look (seriously, I have very few readers). Thanks!

Tami,
Remember how I said I am not that computer minded? Well....this is the first day I have gotten back to your blog since I posted. Like I said I am not a computer person! My husband believes I would have been better suited in the 50's when computers were just a thing of the future. To answer your two questions...no I don't have a blog (you can guess why I am sure) and I live in the Northwest. Washington State to be exact. I am sorry to hear about the problems with your adoption. We expected to bring our twins home in December. We are still waiting for a court date. - Kelli
